5 situations I usually get called into

When a System Architect is needed ↗
1 Lacking technical direction from day one
Great ideas but unrealistic roadmaps lead to overbuilding and operational nightmares.
2 Project growing bloated and out of control
Patched architecture and misaligned teams cause development speed to drop over time.
3 Massive gap between business and engineering
The product "works", but fails to deliver operational efficiency or real business value.
4 Building too fast without a proper foundation
Systems become overly dependent on individuals, hard to scale, and difficult to hand over.
5 Heavy investments yielding poor results
The core issue is usually an operational bottleneck, not a lack of features.

Areas of Expertise

1 — Website & Customer Flow
Web design in Da Nang ↗
Lots of ad spend, but conversion stays low.
The issue is rarely traffic; it's how the website guides behavior and builds trust.
2 — Web App & Internal Operations
Internal systems ↗
Fragmented processes, overly reliant on manual effort.
A good internal system should reduce manual tasks and maintain stable operations over time.
3 — AI Automation & Workflow
AI automation ↗
Too much time lost to repetitive tasks.
AI is only truly effective when integrated properly into actual workflows and operational processes.
4 — BrSE & Delivery (VN/JP)
BrSE (VN/JP) ↗
Requirements keep drifting between Japanese clients and the dev team.
The biggest gap is usually not language, but the understanding of business and delivery expectations.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Nguyên Châu?

I am a System Architect and Delivery Manager (VN/JP) with 14 years in the field, most of it leading delivery for Japanese enterprise clients. I personally analyze, design and deliver websites, web apps and internal systems for Vietnamese and Japanese clients; the work is not handed off to a third party.

What kinds of projects does Nguyên Châu take on?

Landing pages, company websites, web apps and internal operations systems, AI automation, and BrSE work on Japan–Vietnam projects. Project size is not a filter: every project starts from a clear goal and scope, then gets the level of architecture it actually needs — no over-engineering a small build, no patchwork on a system that has to scale.

Do you work on-site in Da Nang or remotely?

I am based in Da Nang and work on-site with clients here. For clients elsewhere in Vietnam or in Japan, I work fully remote — this is exactly how I have run projects for Japanese clients for 14 years, so the remote review and handover process is already settled.

How soon will I hear back?

Zalo or phone: within 2 hours during business hours. Form or email: within 24 hours. The more specific you are about where you are and what you want to reach, the more precise my reply.
