I am a System Architect and Delivery Manager (VN/JP) with 14 years in the field, most of it leading delivery for Japanese enterprise clients. I personally analyze, design and deliver websites, web apps and internal systems for Vietnamese and Japanese clients; the work is not handed off to a third party.
